After plotting for years independently, we joined forces to create the first truly chef-driven deli in this part of the country.
We have spent our culinary careers in the kitchens of fine dining restaurants. Our polished technique and passion for quality ingredients have inspired us to open a gourmet sandwich shop serving artisinal sandwiches, salads, and soups.
We use the freshest ingredients to create healthy food from scratch using local, natural and sustainable food whenever possible. Be’wiched Deli features house cured and smoked meats, fresh bakery items, and fast service.
We also offer corporate catering, take-home meals, and lunch on the go. And you can come for a beer or glass of wine after work and sample some of our delicious sandwiches. Our atmosphere is comfortable, our flavors are exquisite, and our appreciation for our customers is unwavering.
