At Parkway Pizza we grind our own fresh sausage. Then we combine it with our own blend of spices. We don’t over season our sausage to cover up low quality meat, we only use fresh never frozen pork. Daily we combine flour, water, salt and yeast to make our dough. Our dough is never frozen and always fresh. We buy local cheese from Burnett Dairy Cooperative and shred it ourselves. It is never frozen. We buy our veggies from local farms and prepare them fresh every day.
