As you prepare your Chili customers will drop by to chat and taste your culinary expertise, they can then vote for the "Peoples Choice". This will be a secret ballot and limited to only one vote per person. The reward will be a very nice plaque and the knowledge that you have some pretty darn good chili.

We provide the charcoal, lighter fluid and a table. You provide a grill (propane is ok) and your ingredients. NO ALCOHOL CAN BE BROUGHT ONTO THE PREMISES. ANY ALCOHOL USED MUST BE PURCHASED AT BIFF'S.

ALL COOKING must be done on Biff's premises. No entries allowed after 1pm Sat. Oct. 11th Must be 21 years old to enter Judging will be at 6pm.

Come early and stay late we will be parting all day and night.
