Quality, consistency and cleanliness is the impression Andy Nguyen hopes people who dine at Classic Saigon will leave with. That and the desire to return very soon.
This family-owned restaurant relocated to Towne Center Shoppes in September, 2010. Classic Saigon offers authentic Vietnamese cuisine in a warm, relaxing atmosphere.
The large menu of over 100 items, all developed and personally prepared by owner Nguyen, has something for everyone. Those who can’t make up their mind may find the full-color photos of dishes that decorate the walls helpful.
Daily lunch combos are available for the quick-lunch crowd and live music on weekends appeals to those who want to sip some wine and linger awhile. Free WiFi is available for those who prefer to work or surf while enjoying their egg rolls and garlic shrimp.
