Our company was established in the year 2004 in Gran Marais, MN. and had been responsible for providing outstanding Thai Food ever since. Of our our many specialties our highest priority is driven by the desire to ensure flavour by providing "A la' minute" (It's hot, it's in the window. it's ready to be served) food preparation. This brings a higher quality of fresh food to your table.
To that end we cook everything fresh (We do not reheat anything) using hot oil with which to capture the vegetables full flavours during the carmalization (or natural sugar) process. This allows us to keep the nutrients, texture and colour for the end result. Our regular customers particularly value the careful preparation and attention to detail and the high quality freshness
